All orders are processed within one to two working days after we receive them. Each order is packed carefully and handed over to our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders arrive within four to seven working days, depending on your pin code. Deliveries to remote locations may take slightly longer.

Damaged or Tampered Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Share your order number and clear photos so we can assist with a replacement or a suitable resolution as per our policy.
