As a food brand, we take great care to ensure every jar is prepared, packed and delivered with attention.
While we cannot accept returns of opened food items, we are committed to resolving issues related to damaged, leaking or incorrect orders in a fair and timely manner.
GirSatvam Refund Policy
1. Refund and Exchange Policy
We take great care while preparing and packing every GirSatvam order. Since ghee is a food product, we do not accept exchanges or returns once the package has been delivered and opened. However, if there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.
2. Wrong, Damaged or Leaking Item
If you receive a damaged jar, a leaking parcel or an incorrect product, please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a fair resolution as per the situation.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, cancellation will not be possible. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately and we will check the order status and confirm if cancellation is still possible.
4. Refunds (if approved)
Refunds are processed only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided or when the issue qualifies as per our policy. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. Processing timelines may vary depending on bank or payment provider.
5. Non Returnable Items
Food products once delivered cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons. Please ensure your order selection, size and address details are correct before checkout.
